After 4 weeks of practise I can finally do the splits! It took very hard work ( and some pushing from my mum) but I finally got there!
I wanted to do it so I can do the splits in a dance show. My teacher gave me a chance and gave me 4 weeks. I tried by doing lunges by pushing myself each time.

When the rider rode the bike to fast he always crashed, so we decided to go quickly at the
beginning, and after go slow. When we reached the oil drums we had to make the jump more
accurate, by slowing down. When we got to the bridge we had to knock down the bridge lightly
with the wheel of the bike.
It is Colchester Zoo’s 50th anniversary . To start the celebration some of the pupils from my dance school performed at the zoo. My sister and I danced in three performances, two at the kalaharie theatre and one in the courtyard outside the house, where we introduced Sunny the Bear ( the zoo’s new mascot).
We had a three day practise at the dance school , where we learnt 4 dances and 6 different songs. We made the backdrop and masks and decorated our T shirts. The performances were exciting and the theatre was full of people watching.The zoo’s director Antony T came to watch us. He spoke to us and had photos done, he thanked us for kicking off the celebration. He was very nice.

Then some one finally came I backed away into a dark corner so they didn’t notice me,come they said with a deep voice and I was put into a chair with a cup of Walter.

As you may know the new despicable me 2 is coming out June 28th. The first movie was epic with all the fart guns, stolen pyramids and squid launchers. But this ones gonna be awesome. It looks really cool and funny when one of the minions comes in dressed as a firefighter after a fire and goes “Bedo, bedo.”
There will be brand new characters and Gru has an even bigger nose!!!

On Friday 31st may I went to Great Yarmouth for a holiday with my family it was great ! It was a long journey on the way because i went with my nan and grandad it 20 mph.but it took 2 hours we unpack went shopping and we went to the arcades and went to play int the park then we got a pizza ! ( yummy ) so we did lots and lots of actives and we went on chuckle bikes it was painful when we went on the speed pumps ouch! On Wednesday I went to the pleasure beach It was awesome. I went on a ride called THE ROLLER COSTER it was wood and it was called that and it is the oldest ride in the uk and is was good .

Today at school in golden time we made an exploding volcano. D.w., j.b. and L.D helped to make the volcano.
We had to put vinegar and sodium hydrogen carbonate in it and it exploded and it went everywhere. But after the table stank of really strong vinegar.

Today at school I played the piano. Over the last few months
I have played the piano to my class but I only played one
piece of music, but today I went a little bit further and played
two pieces of music. I felt so glad after and I am really
excited to phone my piano teacher how I got on.
In the next few days you will be able to here the pieces of music I have been playing today.
